PhD in Communication from the University of Navarra (Spain), and M.A from the same University, she is a Journalist and Producer of Radio, Cinema and TV from Loma Linda University (USA).

More than 10 years ago she moved her passion for stories and culture to the academic field by introducing research into the interest in the links between work, culture and care with an inclusive look. She has been Research Director of INALDE Business School, since 2007.

Consultant on work-family reconciliation issues; women and business; diversity and inclusion for national and international organizations, is also a frequent contributor to Colombian and Latin American magazines and newspapers on issues of work-family reconciliation, women and corporate life, communication and culture.
