Ph.D. Marc Grau-Grau is a Professor and a Researcher at the Childcare and Family Policies Chair at Universitat International Catalunya, and a WAPPP Research Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School. He holds a PhD in Social Policy from the University of Edinburgh. Using mixed methods, he explores the benefits of fatherhood involvement for fathers themselves and their jobs. His research interests focus on work-family balance, fatherhood involvement and flexible policies. He worked for IESE International Center for Work Family for a long time.
