Dr Asad Mohsin is the currently Convenor and Assoc. Professor of Tourism and Hospitality Management at the University of Waikato Management School. He has been in recent past Chairperson, Department of Marketing, and Director of the Institute for Business Research, University of Waikato Management School. He has accumulated several years of industry and academic experience working in different countries in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Asia Pacific region including Australia and New Zealand. His main research interests and publications are in the area of – customer perceptions and contemporary trends towards holidaying, human resource issues and challenges, and product and service quality assessment. He has published in leading international refereed journals such as Tourism Management, International Journal of Hospitality Management.
