Ph.D. in organizational psychology and human resource management from University of Warwick, Warwick Business School. Main research areas include work-family boundary management, work-family proactive behaviors, and human resource differentiation. He has published in the main journals of the field, as well and research books. He is an editor of Human Relations and a director of the Future of Work Research Centre and is also closely and mainly collaborating with Professor Mireia Las Heras.
