Dr. Nancy Lozano-Gracia is an Economist with the World Bank in Finance, Economics and Urban Development, Sustainable Development Network. She has serves as Faculty Affiliate of the Regional Research Institute at the University of West Virgina. She holds a PhD in Agricultural and Consumer Economics from the University of Illinos, Urbana-Champaign, and received the Springer Prize (2006/2007) for Best Paper published in Empirical Economics.
