Celia Martín-Sierra holds a PhD in Human Resource Management (HRM) from the University of Valladolid (UVA), Master’s degree in HRM and a degree in Business Administration. She is currently Professor at the European University Miguel de Cervantes (UEMC) and a member of the research group Humanity Organizational Studies (HOS).
