“As a chef, my philosophy is firmly rooted in a sense that food should reflect both who we are and where we are. My upbringing on a rural farm in Ireland taught me to appreciate unpreten-tious, fresh, seasonal food and that, in turn, is what I have become known for.
I was wonderfully surprised when I discovered Home Renaissance Foundation and learned that its vision promotes the work of the home. With-out the care and education I received at home, I would not be who I am today. I am proud to be able to stand up for the work of the home as a patron of Home Renaissance Foundation.”
